This is my take on a blue smoky eye. It only requires 2 colors and is very easy to achieve.
1. Prime eye and apply a white eyeshadow base. (I used nyx jumbo pencil in milk)
2. With a flat eyeshadow brush pat on color #1. (is a dark blue)
3. With a blending brush blend #1 up into the crease. (This should make a lighter blue in the crease) blending is the key for this look.
4. Apply #2 (white) to the brow bone lightly blending into crease.
5. Add a winged liner, mascara, and to give it that extra pop of color I applied a white liner to my waterline.
6. And done very easy and simple to achieve. :-) enjoy loves xoxo♥

Children by nature are curious about the world. They are capable of an astounding amount of early learning when given the freedom to explore to their heart’s content, particularly in an environment of carefully prepared engaging, meaningful explorative activities.
